Marc Picat-MANAGING PARTNER

Marc Picat is the head of the European and Competition practice group. Marc provides his clients with assistance on Belgian, EU and competition law in the context of merger control, notifications, complaints, investigation and regulatory matters. Marc also advises clients on negotiating and drafting international commercial agreements and represents them in litigation matters including arbitration related to the execution or termination of such agreements. Marc has a strong expertise in selective distribution for luxury goods companies ensuring their compliance with antitrust rules. Marc has been involved in pan-European streamlining business arrangements and transactions so as to ensure compliance with commercial and national rules, for which he ensured a coordination role of multi-jurisdictions in the EU and abroad.

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES, PUBLICATIONS AND CONFERENCES

Marc regularly publishes articles and gives lectures on various topics of commercial and competition law.
